A new set of double changing rooms will be provided at the south east corner of the hall, with adjacent player parking.

The stand is to be refurbished to meet health and safety regulations.

A new 60m running track and all weather pitch will be available for training and recreational use.

The surface of the main pitch is to be stripped and replaced with a sand base surface, and the pitch is to be floodlit in order to provide year round use.
