The Official opening of our New Floodlit Training Pitch takes place this weekend. Proceedings take off with a Ceili in Old Time on Friday night. Saturdays activities include the Official opening with GAA President elect Liam O’Neill followed by Ulster Council Promoted Special Needs GAA game. Food and late bar available for all, with music from the Glackin Brothers. Sunday sees the second year of our Interparish Championship involving past and present players from the parish followed by refreshments and music. The club welcomes everyone from the parish and beyond to attend what should be a highly entertaining weekend of entertainment.
Desertmartins Got Talent 2011 will be taking place in late November early December this year. Anyone wishing to register their act can do so with Liam Bradely (07831739474) or Gerry McGuigan (07980863757). Entries need to be in by no later than Sunday the 16th of October. This years show will be limited to 12 acts so get you name in early to avoid disappointment.
