The draw for the semi-finals of the Sean Larkin cup have been made and it makes interesting reading from a Desertmartin point of view.
The draw sees Desertmartin take on local neighbours Ballinascreen to see who reaches the final with Greenlough playing the winners of the Bellaghy/Swatragh game to see who makes it through from that half of the draw.
Both semis are to be played this Saturday (26th March) with the Desertmartin v Ballinascreen game being played at Bellaghy @ 2pm followed by the Greenlough v Bellaghy or Swatragh game at Desertmartin @ 4.30pm
Adding a little extra spice to the Desertmartin game is the fact that two Desertmartin men are currently in charge of the Ballinascreen team. Kevin and Dec Kidd have both been involved at both a playing and management level with the Desertmartin club and the club as always wishes them all the best for the coming season, from this Monday onwards that is!
