Under 14’s cruise pasy Claudy

U14 Boys played host to Claudy on Tuesday evening 7th June, their first home game in quite some time. St Martin’s started well with Lachlan Murray scoring the first two points. ThIs was quickly followed with points from Ryan McEldowney and Martin Mackle before L Murray hit the first goal of the game. Further points were added by Fearghal Bradley, Gerard Fullen, Ryan Henry, L Murray, M Mackle and R McEldowney giving Desertmartin a half-time lead of 1-14 to 0-0.

The Saffrons started the second half as they finished the first, pushing hard for scores. L Murray and M Mackle continued their good form with a point apiece with Fearghal Bradley following with two more. C McCool added further points before M Mackle scored Desertmartin’s second goal. C Murtagh added another point before Fearghal Bradley rattled the back of the net for Desertmartin’s third. Claudy registered their first score with a pointed free. But Desertmartin concluded the scoring with points from C McCool and C Murtagh and a fourth goal by Oran O’Kane giving them a 4-22 to 0-1 victory.
